Into Work is a small charity in Edinburgh supporting people who have various health conditions, including autism, neurodiversity, mental health. We have a training team who work closely with SME's and larger employers offering training to become a more confident employer around these spaces. The benefits of joining this hub are vast for our organisation as we can also support employers to recruit people from a more diverse background by offering advice and support, as well as supporting the person to thrive in the workplace.
