Scotland’s climate is changing with more extreme weather having an impact on the rail network across Scotland.  With landslips and flooding sometimes causing delays and cancellations, it’s key that Scotland’s Railway has a plan in place to mitigate the risks of more extreme weather conditions.

About the Rail Cluster project

The Rail Cluster project was established in 2020 to support the Rail Services Decarbonisation Action Plan by connecting Scottish SMEs with the sector and introducing more green solutions for the industry helping to contribute to net zero emission targets, so this area is of particular interest to us and our members.

Membership of the rail cluster is free and links to join can be found here – https://rail.scoteng.org/join/
