Originally launching with its S Model smart infrastructure unit, the company evolved its offering following extensive customer feedback and operational deployment experience. In the last quarter of 2025, Autonomous iOt introduced the next generation C3 Smart Hub, a fully modular, renewable powered platform designed with true off grid capability, scalable deployment and retrofit flexibility across complex operational estates.
Designed and manufactured in Scotland, the C3 Smart Hub integrates hybrid wind and solar renewable generation, off grid LED lighting, IoT environmental and detection sensors, CCTV monitoring, WiFi connectivity and integrated communications within a single intelligent unit. The platform enables deployment in remote, constrained or grid limited environments and can be installed as new infrastructure or retrofitted into existing estates. It reduces carbon impact, strengthens operational resilience and lowers long term operational costs.
The ecosystem is supported by C3 Connect, the company’s integrated software platform providing real time data visibility, remote asset management, configurable alerts and API integration into existing rail, control and asset management systems. This enables infrastructure intelligence to be embedded directly into operational networks rather than operating in isolation.
With active deployments across UK and Ireland rail networks and expanding international installations in South Korea, Ireland and the Caribbean, Autonomous iOt is delivering modular, future ready, off grid infrastructure intelligence designed and built in Scotland and deployed globally.
