Brodies LLP have launched Amelior CLM, a new digital contract lifecycle management service. Amelior is designed to help companies meet the increasing challenges of managing their contractual activity efficiently and effectively and in a way that improves oversight, control, and reduce risk.
What is Amelior?
Within Amelior CLM, there are three solutions:
Amelior Draft – a contract generation and automation solution
Amelior Negotiate – a contract pre-signing workflow and approval solution
Amelior Perform – a solution for post-execution contract management, including managing contract deadlines, expiry dates and other events to ensure commercial negotiating positions are preserved.
Each solution has been designed to be used either independently or integrated with the others as a full contract management service.
They are each designed for “self-serve” use. Brodies can support as necessary but there is no tie-in or requirement to use Brodies for wider legal services.
Built on market-leading technology, the solutions will evolve to ensure that they remain cutting-edge and adaptable to evolving business needs and technological advancements. All are hosted in the UK to ISO270001 standards.

Discounted Pricing for Rail Cluster Members
Amelior CLM is priced on a fixed price affordable annual subscription which is scalable to the size of the user base. As there are three solutions, clients only need pay for the ones they wish to use. Pricing includes basic customisation to the out of the box solution.
Brodies have agreed to offer members of the Rail Cluster a 20% discount to standard Amelior CLM pricing.
